All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are manufactured, printed, or shipped. There are no postal or courier costs associated with any service.
Design deliverables are provided via: Figma file sharing (view/inspect access, edit access for Studio tier), PDF documentation sent by email, screen recordings and annotated exports shared by secure link, and video call developer walkthroughs.

Design support hours purchased at checkout must be used within 60 calendar days of project delivery. Unused hours expire and are forfeited, as they represent reserved specialist capacity.
