These Terms govern all orders placed through novastudio-design.com from Nova Studio Design S.r.l., Via S. Quirico, 13, 06124 Perugia PG, Italy (the "Studio") by any person or entity placing an order (the "Client"). Completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Nova Studio Design provides UI/UX design services including user research, UX design and wireframing, UI visual design, prototyping, design systems, and UX audits. All services are delivered digitally through Figma files, documentation, video calls, and shared digital assets. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
All packages are fixed-price as published. Payment is charged in full at the time of order. VAT (IVA 22%) is not included in published prices and will be applied where applicable by Italian law. EU business clients with a valid VAT number may qualify for the reverse charge mechanism; the Client is responsible for providing their VAT number before invoicing.
Following payment, Elena Marchetti will contact the Client within one business day to confirm the brief and schedule the first session. The Studio cannot guarantee a specific start date. If the Studio cannot commence within five business days of payment, the Client may request a full refund.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, feedback within agreed timeframes, and access to any assets or platform accounts required for the project. Timeline extensions caused by Client delays do not entitle the Client to a refund or reduced fee.
All design deliverables transfer to the Client in full upon receipt of payment in full for the completed project. The Studio retains the right to display deliverables in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.
The Studio's total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific project in dispute. The Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. The Studio does not guarantee specific business outcomes from delivered design work.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Perugia (Tribunale di Perugia), Italy.
