Contact form submissions: first name, last name, email address. Checkout: first name, last name, email, phone number, country. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, process, or store card or bank details at any stage. Client project data shared for engagement purposes is treated as confidential and governed by a separate data processing agreement where applicable.
GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies. Legal bases: (a) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request; (b) compliance with Italian legal obligations; (c) legitimate interest in managing client relationships. No automated profiling or automated decision-making is applied to personal data.
Personal data is used to respond to project enquiries, deliver contracted design services, issue invoices as required by Italian fiscal law (D.P.R. 633/72), and communicate project progress. Data is not sold, shared for advertising, or transmitted to third parties other than Stripe for payment processing.
Enquiry and project correspondence: 24 months after last interaction. Invoice records: 10 years (Italian fiscal law requirement). Client project files: retained for 12 months post-delivery, then deleted unless storage extension is agreed in writing.
